Neighborhood Description
Most residents living on this street are professors or young professionals and white collar workers. This neighborhood is five minutes from anywhere in Charlottesville, including the downtown area, and the University of Virginia. Bus stops are located at both ends of the street for the City of Charlottesville, and at one end of the street for the university. This area has a reputation as being a safe neighborhood with a low crime rate and a limited number of undergraduate students. The neighborhood is very quiet and has been designed to incorporate a cul-de-sac at one end of the street for reduced traffic. Parking is usually very adequate with on and off street parking. No permits are required.
